EZYStaff is a privately operated Employment Website. EZYStaff is not and agency and receives no Government funding whatsoever.
Conventional Employment Websites are generally employer focused where an Employer places an advertisement for a position and then expects to receive endless emails and résumé’s which the employer then has to read and process.
There are several disadvantages in this process for both the Employers and the Candidates. Firstly, the employer gets swamped with dozens of letters and résumé’s and has to take the time to read all of them, many of which are pretty much a waste of the employers time. The Candidate is also disadvantaged because the ideal candidate for the position may have missed seeing the advertisement or have had their letter and résumé discarded inadvertently along with all the other junk emails that the average employer gets every day.
EZYStaff reverses the process! On EZYStaff, the Candidate does the advertising (free) and the Employers do the searching!
This allows the Candidate to create powerful and positive Job Profiles once, then it is a simple matter to keep them up to date.
A Candidate can create many Job Profiles to cover all the skills and work types that they can undertake. The Job Profiles are then displayed on the EZYStaff website for all Employers to read.
Employers can also place Vacancy Advertisements to target their specific needs and receive Job Applications directly in their account.
An employer can, at any time they choose, search the EZYStaff Job Profiles and short list as many Candidates as they wish.
Having chosen a manageable number of Candidates the employer can then elect to contact the Candidates that they have chosen.
The EZYStaff method has many advantages for both the Candidate and the Employer. The Employer made the choice of the Candidates so the employer knows who they are talking to and the initial communication is easier to handle. The Candidate has the advantage that they never miss an opportunity to be selected, because their profiles are available 24x7.
Some Employers may choose to advertise Vacancies on the EZYStaff Website, but Candidates don't need to respond to a particular advertisement.
The "public" section of the Job Profiles remain on display on the EZYStaff Website for any visitor to view and for Employers to select the Job Profile.
When an Employer short-lists a Job Profile the Candidates account is updated to provide feedback to the Candidate about their Job Profiles progress, and the Employer is shown both the "public" section and the "Employer Section" of the Job Profile, giving the Employer full information about the Candidate.
EZYStaff allows uploading of traditional printed Résumé files, as well as portrait photos, Video Résumé's, email addresses, phone numbers and more. The Employer then has all the information they need to properly assess a Candidate for their position.

The more information the Candidate can give the Employer about their skills and talents, the better chance the Candidate has of being selected.
To get the most out of EZYStaff the candidate should take a little extra time and create Job Profiles that are truthful and meaningful and fully explain their Job Ready skills.
