Whilst EZYStaff regularly scan candidate profiles for misrepresentations and misleading information it remains the employers responsibility to ensure that the information is correct and satisfactory before proceeding with any employment arrangement.
Responsibility of Candidates:
It is the responsibility of the candidates to use the site for its intended purpose being to display accurate, meaningful and truthful employment profiles that truly represents their real skills and suitability for an employment position.
Candidates that abuse the service by failing to place meaningful and accurate employment profiles may become banned from further use of the website. It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep their listed profiles up to date and to monitor the progress of their profile regularly and make improvements to their profiles so as to better enhance their chances of gaining employment.
Responsibility of Employers:
It is the responsibility of employers to provide genuine, meaningful and legal employment according to the law and to issue application invitations only to those candidates they deem suitable for their employment position.
It remains the responsibility of the employer to check information provided by candidates for accuracy and suitability for the employment position.
EZYStaff will not enter into any discussion in relation to any candidate’s response to an employers application invitation.
Expired Accounts: Employer Accounts that have been out of subscription for three months or more may be deleted by EZYStaff Administration.
No guarantees of service: Whilst all care is taken there are no guarantees of service due to the nature of electronic communications and website hosting services.
Our rights to use information you send us:
All information entered onto the EZYStaff website remains the sole ownership of the website, it operators and authorised administrators who reserve the right to use the information provided in any manner as they see fit for the purpose of presenting Candidate information to prospective Employers.
EZYStaff reserves the right to promote candidate profiles and candidate information to prospective employers for the purposes of generating interest in the website and candidate profiles.
No guarantees as to security of information: The automation program used on the EZYStaff website uses a highly secure encryption technique for storing personal information such a name, email addresses, phone numbers and other information.
However there are no guarantees that this encrypted data can not be unlawfully obtained and used for illegal purposes.
Any unauthorised use of information obtained from the EZYStaff website will incur legal action and will be reported to policing authorities.
Security of your password and login information is your responsibility: In becoming a registered user of the EZYStaff website you are provided with a login email address and password of your choice. Both login items can be changed on the website but it remains your responsibility to keep your login information secret and secure. EZYStaff cannot recover lost or forgotten passwords so it is your responsibility to maintain and update your login details regularly.

General provisions: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable that part shall be removed from the agreement and the remaining sections will remain valid.
EZYStaff reserve the right to update and alter this agreement as they deem fit. When an alteration occurs all existing website users will be informed by their registered email address of the change and the new agreement comes into force superseding the existing agreement.
The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia.
