EZYStaff is an internet based Employment Exchange where Job Seekers (Candidates) promote their employment profiles for potential Employers to locate one or more ideal candidates for an available position. EZYStaff is not an Employment Agency and does not vet potential candidates for suitability or not for a particular role. Nor does EZYStaff verify the credibility of employers using this site. It remains the responsibility of each party to fully satisfy themselves that each party is suitable for the employee or employer role related to any employment engagement.
When a candidate or employer, creates an account on the EZYStaff site all personal information, such as names, email addresses, business addresses, telephone numbers etc, are stored in an industry standard encrypted form in the EZYStaff database.
While it is impossible to provide a guarantee that the stored information is 100% secure, EZYStaff believe that by collecting only minimal information from employers and candidates, the usefulness of the encrypted stored information to a website “hacker” or felon would not be worth the time and complexity of decrypting the data.
The information collected by EZYStaff is only used to enable the website to function as an Employment Exchange for the benefit of the candidates and employers as users of the website.
All payment processes employed by the EZYStaff website use external commercial payment gateways which do not require credit card or payment information to be processed by the EZYStaff website. Therefore no payment information is stored in the EZYStaff website's database.
The purpose of EZYStaff is, as its name suggests, is to provide an easy method of connecting Employers to Candidates and vice versa.
No personal contact information is provided to either party (candidates or employers) which could positively identify either party until the employer sends to the candidate, (via the EZYSTaff website) and invitation to apply for an available employment vacancy. On receipt of such and invitation the candidate can then choose to respond to or decline the invitation and on acceptance of the invitation the candidate in then given the contact information for the employer, whom they should then contact directly.
Violation of Privacy
EZYStaff take the matter of privacy very seriously and will report any violations or suspicious activity to the policing authorities without hesitation.
How we deal with complaints and requests
EZYStaff will investigate any breach of privacy reported to us with urgency and undertake to take necessary steps to ensure that the private information concerned in the incident is protected to the best of our ability.
It is the responsibility of both the employers and candidates to supply only the information requested and to ensure that the information is true, correct and factual.
How we protect your Personal Information
All private information stored in the EZYStaff database is stored in an encrypted form so as to protect this information from website intruders such as “hackers”. All information transmitted by Email or other electronic form is refined to be unidentifiable and not relate directly to any particular user.
In order to continually improve the EZYStaff website experience for all of our users, EZYStaff employs the use of Google Analytics, a service of Google inc. The purpose of the analytical process is to ensure that the EZYStaff website provides the best possible service to all of our uses.
Google Analytics is a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associates your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
