Within my current role I applied for an Admin Champion which I successfully gained. There I was responsible for the supervision of several maintenance technicians, performing breakdown and preventative maintenance as required and calibration and fault finding of process instrumentation throughout the Smelter, Feed Prep, Acid Plant and Utilities, as well as any assets requiring workshop attention.

Prior to that I serviced Maersk drilling rigs off the North West Shelf of WA. Also, as an on road service technician had vast exposure to various other industries from pharmaceuticals and petro chemicals, gas compression, to water treatment and waste recovery. I have spent several years in heavy industry. I am 39 years old and I am from Indonesia. I have lived in Sydney for the last 5 years and have recently got my Permanent Residentcy and relocated to the Gold Coast. A lot of my friends done Traffic Controlling in Sydney and I was always interested in giving it a go so few weeks ago I done my level 1 stop slow / bat training. Since then I have done my 20 hours on my Log Book and then from that I have gotten a job with Traffic Control Company and I am really loving the work. The only thing is I am only on casual and I am only getting a few days a week. I have two kids in high school and a few days a week just doesn't cut it. I really need a full time job.

When I was in Sydney for five years I was a nanny full time and I never missed one day, I dont drink alcohol and I dont smoke. I am very friendly and hard working. I would really love a full time job in the traffic controlling industry, something secure with Tax and super contribution. I also have a full clean australian driving license and I have my own transport so travelling to different job is not an issues. I live in Helensvale so I would be fairly central to brisbane and the gold coast and have no problem working day or night any day of the week including holidays. I also have my own radio.
