During 2011-2012, I was consulted to manage an archive file transfer project for the CSSS DLM. CSSS in Quebec are Social Services and Public Health Clinics and are government operated, DLM stands for the region in Montreal and I worked for the Occupational Health department. Since the territories under the regency of various CSSS had merged, the files of thousands of workers and hundreds of companies had to be classified and redirected to other CSSS. I had six months to complete the project and I used the various software they had to complete the task. My assistant and I sorted out duplicates, researched lost data, data entry missing files and organized the boxing and shipping. It was all done in accordance of the privacy act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

In 2013-2015, I worked as a store keeper and vaccination equipment distributor for the CSSS DLM. The store keeping part entailed receiving health related equipment, enter them in the inventory and distribute them in the appropriate department under the guidance of the purchase department. The vaccination equipment distributor job entailed following the vaccination schedule and preparing the appropriate equipment for the nurses, including the vaccination doses. A third part of being the store keeper was the sterilization of clinical tools following rigorous protocols for health safety.

In 2015-2016, I started travelling Canada and worked in Regina for six month in a swimwear retail shop as a back store manager. This position was required of me to receive stock, enter them in the inventory and assist in the purchase of future stock. In addition, I helped in transferring the inventory on a web platform.

EZYStaff have an extensive email marketing database with over 3,000  email entries.

The database is added to each weekend by adding email addresses manually entered from newspapers such as the Cairns Post, Townsville Bulletin and Brisbane Courier Mail on Saturdays.

There are three tasks involved: Each paying $25.00

Task 1 (on going): Each Saturday purchase the three newspapers and looking at the CareerOne employment section enter the email addresses into the database.  Approximately 60-100 email addresses can be found in these papers each week.

It will be necessary to purchase the papers on Saturday morning about 9:30 am and the task MUST be completed by Sunday night as the system automatically sends emails out from 9am Monday

Task 2 (Once Off): As emails are sent out there are a number of |returned emails| due to incorrect spelling or invalid emails addresses. This task is to collate the the Returned Emails and from the email address look up the Domain Name part  (emailbox@DOMINNAME.COM) and edit the email address to one which is valid. This involves opening a browser, going to the domain name and locating a contact email address and replacing the existing invalid email address with the correct email address. There are about 10% emails in this category,

The task can be completed at any time

Task 3: (Once Off)  Looking at https://jobsearch.gov.au/serviceproviders?jsk=1 which is a list of all job providers in Australia. The task is to go through the 2,900 listed job providers and copy and paste the email addresses into a new database.  This email list will be used in an Email Marketing campaign starting mid to late June, so it needs to be completed before them. If this campaign is successful other lists will follow.

Expenses will be either pre-paid or reimbursed (Receipt Required)  and all tasks are expected to be carried out without supervision. Assistance with Internet access can be arranged.
